One of my opae ula reached the pre-berried stage where its belly became puffy.
But after some time the belly went back to it's normal shape, can anyone explain this to me? I'm kinda confused on what is going on.

Ah, I see! Wait but now im confused, the puffy belly means its ready to mate is that right?

I’d assume they would of already mated at the point and the Shrimp is preparing for the eggs to move down from inside.
