Just a quick Nitrate test on my breeder tank to see if all is well and it's a zero even though I've upped their spirulina rations

So tonight i went to check on my breeder tank and noticed the glass feeding dish that contains my macroalgae had moved?! i looked closer and one side was lifted up and i had shrimp underneath of it. One of the Nerites had gone under and was eating from the glass bottom of the feeding dish and was working its way back out, i had visions of the glass slapping back down and squashing some shrimp! One of the baby shrimp was under eating so i went and removed the bowl :pff: These snails are a liability

Its hard to see but hes under there lol.

@Haduvokone Yup the water stays healthy and it looks after its self as long as you don't over feed the tank.

I've not seen the dark red berried female in a week or so, hope she's still carrying eggs. If she is then I should see some larvae floating around in 10 days time give or take. :plain:

Edit: never mind I just spotted her and still has eggs!

I love these photos, Odin. The photo of a baby in front of an adult is adorable! The snail with part of the snail coming out is double adorable. I just love your photos and videos.
